Dr. R. Michael Bostwick is the Director of the Bilingual Education Program at Katoh Gakuen in Numazu, Shizuoka. His lecture is in English, and the Question and Answer session is in Japanese & English. This is followed by a Bilingual Education Report from Kobe Chinese School (in Japanese).
