International Summit on the Use of AI in Learning and Teaching Languages and Other Subjects (AIinLT): Post-Summit Workshop Series, day 4 of 4

The Department of English and Communication at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, in cooperation with the Education Bureau (EDB), the Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR), and Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) are proud to present the International Summit on the Use of AI in Learning and Teaching Languages and Other Subjects & Post-Summit Workshop Series (AIinLT), to be held 4-7 July 2025 at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

The Summit seeks to provide a practical forum for teachers, researchers, and others in the education sector to gather, learn, and share insights regarding the use of AI in the broad field of education -- from language education, to arts, to mathematics, to history and beyond. The Summit will feature presentations and teaching demonstrations in Chinese and English and is free for both attendees and presenters.

• In the Summit on 4-5 July, educational practitioners from primary, secondary, and tertiary educational contexts and from around the world are invited to attend and give presentations and teaching demonstrations of best practices on how AI and AI-assisted tools can be used in the classroom to help students and teachers.
• In the Post-Summit Workshop Series on 6-7 July, practical workshops will be held which focus on helping educators learn through hands-on practice on how AI can be used effectively in various educational contexts.
• The Summit will also feature a technical provider showcase to further introduce educators and learners alike to many of the technical and digital tools that can be used to enhance learning.
