Energetic Ecosongs for Kids & Helping High Schoolers' Fluency
Sunday, October 17th, 2004, 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Speaker: Renata Suzuki, Eigo de Asobo
Join us for this two-part workshop with a talented songwriter and kids-to-adult teacher. Our presenter will share some of her Ecosong creations. We'll be learning actions, games, and projects to go with the songs in order to stimulate children's natural fascination with the environment. The second part of the workshop will focus on a senior high-school Oral Communication project involving DVD and process writing to develop student fluency in talking about movies.
[Note: October's meeting is the 3rd Sunday, not the 2nd, due to the holiday.]
Renata Suzuki is a multi-level English teacher and a songwriter for the television show Eigo-de Asobo.
