Learning that Makes Sense
Sunday, June 20th, 2004, 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Speaker: Marc Helgeson
Of the five senses, visual (sight), auditory (hearing) and kinesthetic (touch/feel) are the most flexible and practical in the classroom. Everyone has one sense that is stronger than the others. Many of us also have one that is weak. This activity-based session will explore techniques for modifying listening and speaking tasks to provide a range of sensory input.
