Broadening Horizons: Exploring Gender Issues in the Classroom

This presentation will cover both the theoretical and practical aspects of gender issues in the classroom. Our main focus will be on teaching materials and ideas useful for introducing gender-related topics. Through the discussion of different paradigms, participants will also be challenged to think through their own conceptualizations of gender and how we bring these to the classroom.
