The Impact of Performance Tests on Teacher and Student Learning

The speakers will present data about how teachers and students learn to use performance tests in a Japanese public high school. The study delineates how students have made progress in their performance tests as teachers have collaborated toward more coherent assessment criteria. They will show a video of students' presentations and demonstrate some of the activities.
