Serious Fun ... a philosophy for teaching kids

Sunday, September 29th, 2002, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Speaker: Kelly McKenna

McKenna has been teaching in Japan for over 7 years. As a BA in child psychology, director of summer camps, youth director on cruise ships and mother of two, her perspective on teaching EFL to kids is for it to be fun, for both students and teacher. The serious perspective is the preparation. She will cover lesson planning, songs, games and the little tricks that help a classroom run smoothly. Come and join, but be warned: you must be in touch with your inner child!
