People often say that getting a Kaken grant is just luck. Do you really think so? It may be true, but there must be some rules for it. In this presentation, the presenter will introduce general information about the types of grants and application procedures and give some tips for making a strong application. She will also tell about her experience of getting Kaken grants twice and what she found about writing acceptable proposals from the aspects of application contents and style on the application form.
