(1) An Introduction to Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) for ELTs and Language School Operators
Tim Chambers
Now that school year has started, are you ready to learn something new? Tim Chambers, an adjunct professor, will demonstrate how creating learning content on a computer assisted learning platform can benefit ELTs at all levels. Wouldn't we all like our students to study English for more than simply passing a test? Our speaker will demonstrate how to create engaging and useful practice drills online that will allow our students to study for tests and even for lifelong learning.

(2) External Motivators to Get Jr. High School Students Talking More in Class
Joshua Myerson
Low student motivation and output are constant gripes of many ELTs in Japan. Joshua Myerson has created and will show us how to dramatically increase studentsf use of English through an easy-to-use stamp system, the implementation of a motivating class credo and few suggestions on how we can all improve our classes. After the hands-on practice provided here, we will be armed with new ideas and a renewed enthusiasm for providing our students with maximum opportunity to speak and learn English.
