TPC is trying out a new venue, the Black Lion, for the November monthly meeting. Also, due to the national holiday on November 3rd the meeting will be held on the second Thursday of the month, November 10th.
The presentations will come from those attending the meeting. Each participant will have about five minutes to introduce a website they recommend to the audience. The TPC will supply a computer with the Firefox browser for the presenters to use. The Black Lion has an available internet connection and a wide screen display.
The meeting will follow the usual format, i.e. , introductions, announcements, questions and answers, etc. Michael, the TPC System Administrator, will man the help desk to take a shot at reviving ailing computers brought in by the participants.
Note: There is a Black Lion Happy Hour from 5 - 7.
Directions: Black Lion is about a 5 minute walk from the JR Meguro station. Just walk down the side street next to the am/pm convenience store. The Black Lion is on the left. (map)
