1. The Road to the Software-Armed Skillful Language Teacher
If language teachers have their own e-Learning sites with photos, audio and videos, their teaching will be very powerful and effective. In addition, if they can create a free wi-fi spot around them, it will be even more convenient. In this presentation the presenter will show the posibilities of those dreams. The items to be shown are as follows:
* how to set up a simple original e-Learning site
* how to upload audio, video, and photo data
* how to show our products attractively as well as effectively on the web
* how to create a free wi-fi spot around us
* key words: Blogger, Flickr, YouTube, mobile wireless LAN router
2. More Comunication with Skype and Blogs
Interactive activities are very useful for language acquisition. Skype and blogging are two such tools. Especially when the learners are far from the campus, those tools become very powerful. In this presentation, the presenter examines ways to utilize these two tools: First, a Skyped conversation is recorded, and then it is uploaded in a blog. Secondly, discussion and writing in the blog take place by reviewing the Skype data. Finally the teacher corrects the students' comments in the blog.
