A classroom response system provides class participants with a remote control (a clicker) to enable the instructor to conduct an interactive lesson for classes with larger numbers of students. Students click their answer to a question using the remote control and all responses are recorded and displayed as a graph using an overhead projector. During the workshop a class response system will be demonstrated. Participants will have a chance to use and evaluate the system for themselves and are invited to discuss its potential usefulness for their current classes. (Neither YoJALT nor the presenter has any commercial connection with the maker of the system.)
