J-shine workshop

There will be a workshop given by J-shine at Yamaguchi-Tokyo Science University in Onoda on December 3,2006. Speakers will be Takeo Kawamura (a pre-minister of MONBU-KAGAKUSYO) and Yukiko Shima.
