This presentation will illustrate how English-as-a-foreign-language is taught in Thailand, and particularly in Chiang Mai University and surrounding secondary schools in Northern Thailand. The presenter will show examples of teaching materials, teaching styles, classroom formats, testing and policy issues concerning English teaching in Thailand.
