Targeted at new-hire employees for large institutions, this course answers the fundamental question of how to interact effectively in the international workplace. Techniques and strategies are introduced to give the participant the skills to appear more confident, enthusiastic and persuasive. Topics include cross-cultural awareness, how to prevent communication breakdown and how to facilitate effective discussions.
