Learning strategies have been hot in second language acquisition, and for good reason. Research shows that using strategies makes learning easieer, faster, more enjoyable, and more effective. The presenter will focus on how and when to teach strategies, provide a model for teaching stratregies, and present strategies useful for all learners.
