Mr. Michael Alfant is President of Building2 and Chairman of the Technology Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Mr. Alfant started an IT solutions company named Fusion Systems Japan in 1992. After building it from a handful of dedicated entrepreneurs to a multinational with offices in Tokyo and Boston, he led it to a successful $58m acquisition in March 1999 by IMRglobal Corporation (NASDAQ: IMRS).
