26 Things Any EFL Teacher Should Know to Make English Time a Success

Popular Oxford author Setsuko Toyama will demonstrate 26 basic ideas and activities that have been successful in her classes: How to teach the Alphabet, ways to play Bingo, making your own Chants, tips on using Distracters, pros and cons on giving students English names, and 21 more, in alphabetical order, all the way to activities to teach Zoo animals. These will be shared and discussed in relation to appropriate age groups. This workshop will be highly participatory.
About the presenter: Setsuko Toyama is a well known teacher, teacher trainer and Oxford Kids' Club presenter. She has written a number of ELT courses for elementary learners including English Time from Oxford. Currently she lives in Niigata where she teaches all age groups.
