Have you ever taught students to write a research paper in English? This presentation will show you how! We will begin with some basic background information about Southern Illinois University in Niigata's Intensive English Program. Then, we will discuss the steps we go through in preparing to write, writing the paper, and presenting the research in a final presentation. Some sample materials used in teaching this course, as well as some sample student papers, will be available for your review. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
