Using Simulation Games to Teach Cross-cultural Communication

This is a simple cross-cultural training exercise that is categorized under simulation games. The participants will be divided into two groups: guests (Tanara) and hosting people (whose cultures are more or less the same). The hosting people will become the "culture experts" and ask many questions to find out about the Tanara culture. However, because of their limited English, they can only answer your questions with "yes" and "no." How do you think both groups will manage in this situation? The game will provide the participants insights into human behavior and psychology. After the game, we'll have a debriefing session.
