Teachers attending all the sessions receive a British Council Certificate at the end of the course.
About this course:
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the reasons for using songs, rhymes and chants and the considerations made when choosing a song, rhyme or chant in the classroom. They will be introduced to a number of songs, rhymes & chants (Including folk songs, nursery rhymes and popular music) and practical ideas of how to use these. In the final session of the mini-course, the participants will plan lessons using a song, rhyme or chant.
